Dr. Matt Aldissi spent his long careers working on electrically and optically active polymers. His work resulted in many publications, patents and presentations at international conferences. He is an expert in innovative research & development in the area of novel energy technologies such as Li-ion batteries, ultracapacitors, photovoltaics and thermoelectrics based on the above materials and nanocomposites. He conducted R&D in nanostructured-based electrodes (nanospheres, nanofibers and nanotubes) for batteries and capacitors; developed transparent solar cells and nanoimaging technologies. Matt Aldissi is currently consulting for industry and academia on energy sources technologies including novel ones and how to improve current ones.
